Shipping

We ship world-wide.
After we receive your payment, your order will be packaged and sent within 1 - 5 working days.
The shipping costs to your country are already included in the software price.

Guarantee

Satisfaction should be guaranteed by the quality of our fossils or software.
But if you are not happy, for whatever reason, with the fossils you receive, you must return them within 30 days from the date of receipt for a full refund, credit or replacement.
The software is not refundable, but will there be any problem with the CD that will prevent you from installing it, we shall replace the CD, free of charge, provided you notify us within 15 days from the date of reception, and return the damaged CD to us.

Privacy Policy

The information provided by our customers is the information strictly needed to perform the online purchase, and used only for that purpose.
Once the sales process is complete, the information is totally erased and eliminated.
We never share that information with any third parties. Your privacy on the Internet is of utmost importance to us.
